Returns & Refunds Policy

At RMOTION Transport Equipment we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Condition & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item is:
- In the same condition as when received,
- Unused, with all original tags and packaging intact,
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start the return process you can contact us at enquiries@rmotion.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customised items,
- Sale items (discounted or clearance),
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange, the quickest method is:
- Return your original item under the above process.
- Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed via your original payment method,
- The refund will be issued within 10 business days,
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@rmotion.com.au.
